Duties are to supervise and control the preparation of accounting records and statement, ensure all accounting procedures and financial reports are to standard; ensure proper Credit Management standards are in place and followed; oversee internal audits for departments; prepare and assist the total budget process of the association; supervise office personnel; become familiar with software used by the retail, and other office-related duties.
Applicants must have an Accounting Diploma and pursuing CPA designation. Must be proficient in computer software applications including MS Excel. The ideal candidate will be be able to assume responsibility and wok without direct supervision and exercise discretion and judgement in order to make decisions within the scope of assigned duties. Incumbent must possess strong oral and written communication skills and co-operation skills developed in a team setting.
