Qualifications:    
- Firemans certificate
- Grade 10
- Refrigeration or Pool Operator certificate, where required by the job

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:    
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- Communicationn skills
- Intermediate knowledge of tools and equipment, required for the job
- interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Valid drivers license

Experience:    
Twelve (12) months previous experience in a maintenance environment (e.g., commercial or industrial).
