To plan, organize and offer vocational training and avocational programs for program participants e.g. sensory stimulation, activities of daily living, communication, social interaction, mobility, motor skills, recreation and leisure, functional academics, community outings, etc.
To develop, implement and monitor behavioural programs for program participants as necessary; to model and encourage appropriate behaviour in the work place.
To attend to the personal needs of program participants as necessary, e.g. washroom use, feeding, grooming, etc.
To lift and/or transfer program participants safely as required.
To perform other duties that may be assigned.
