Description

Duties and responsibilities include:

Greet customers, present menus, make
recommendations and answer questions regarding
food and beverages.
Serve food and beverages in a friendly & efficient
manner.
Individuals will be responsible and held
accountable for cleaning the dining room/lounge
areas.
Visit every table of his/her area on a regular
basis, ensuring guests totally satisfied with the
food and service.
Notify the Restaurant Manager of any customer
requests or complaints.
Follow company policies at all times regarding
uniforms, personal appearance and hygiene.
Present bill to patrons and accept payment.
Bus & clean tables.
Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee,
cutlery,dipping sauces, etc.

On-the-job training will be provided

 - Advise on menu selections
 - Serve food and beverages, general plate service
 - Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
