CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Northern Spruce Housing Corporation, a non-profit agency with 196 units in the City of Prince Albert,  is accepting applications for a highly motivated, dynamic professional as our Client Services Representative.

The successful candidate will take on a variety of challenges and opportunities while playing a key role in the continued growth and vision of Northern Spruce Housing Corporation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the General Manager your main responsibilities will be to provide support services to the Corporation's tenants as governed by approved policies and procedures, including but not limited to the following:

Provide administrative support to assist tenants in completing all necessary documentation to process and maintain tenancy;

Identify where tenants require assistance in maintaining the housing unit and to provide information so tenants can rectify any problem areas;

Complete annual home visits and appropriate maintenance and tenant responses;

Provide accounting support to assist in tenant rent calculations and collection of rent payments;
    
QUALIFICATIONS
    
Graduate of a recognized Business Administration program or two years related experience;
Strong proficiency in all areas of computer literacy with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel and Simply programs;
Knowledge of First Nations culture and values;
Demonstrated high level of organization, motivation, administration combined with tact and diplomacy;
Superb verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders;
Professional manner ;
Knowledge of basic and preventative maintenance;
Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act and procedures
Must have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and obtain an acceptable Criminal Records Check.
