Wendland Ag Services is hiring a full-time
Business Agronomist in our Cut Knife location!
Responsibilities:
-Actively participate in fertilizer, seed and crop input sales
-Coordinate the logistics for product sold to customers
-Provide customers with agronomic advice and recommend crop production solutions
-Perform field work such as soil sampling,scouting and monitoring the crops throughout the growing season
-Credit management
-Develop and maintain customer relationships that benefit both the customer and Wendland Ag
Qualifications:
-Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Ag Business or related field or relevant experience.
-1 2 years experience in the ag industry as either a summer student or full-time employment.
-Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Strong organizational planning and time management skills.
-Agricultural sales experience is a definite asset.
