YOUR GOALS:
Participate in daily sales calls (via conference call or in person).
Formulate direct and lead Sales activities and manage metrics to substantiate the effectiveness of our programs.
Direct training and performance evaluations of Sales talent and oversee their daily activities.
Actively manage the Sales process, investigate the methods used, try new ideas, remove ineffective ideas quickly and constantly evaluate top performance.
Coordinate and develop roll out of sales processes to the sales team across the companys portfolio (Saskatchewan).
Visit the operating centres within your respective territory and engage with the sales team on a regular basis.
Lead the integration of refinance activities into the daily tasks of sales employees.
Hold sales employees accountable for the work performed, provide coaching and maintain consistent best practices.
It is expected that the successful candidate for this role is able to travel 50% to 75% of the time to ensure all centres and employees under this incumbent are operating effectively, consistently and according to company policy.
YOUR SKILLS:
3-5 years of Sales and Customer Service experience
3-5 years people management or supervisory skills
Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle
Must successfully complete a security clearance
Experience with property management considered an asset
You possess a keen ability to recognize problems, and create an effective course of action to solve the issue
You have excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
You are self-directed with the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure goals are met
