Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for an Order Desk / Receptionist in Saskatoon, SK, with one of our top clients. This is a 5+ month contract. As the Order desk / receptionist you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to customers through taking orders via phone or walk in traffic. The successful candidate will possess proven customer service skills, you will have strong attention to detail and able to problem solve in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities for the Order Desk / Receptionist will include;
-Initial contact with customers- phones and walk in clientele in a busy office
-Order entry/parts requests into a user-friendly computer database
- Filing of documentation
-Support Sales department in terms of administrative responsibilities
Qualifications include:
-2-3 years office experience in a industrial working environment
-Strong attention to detail & problem solving skills
-Superior customer service skills
-History of reliability
