Spa Academy is looking for a professional esthetician to fill a unique position. This opportunity includes spending time as a professional esthetician providing services for clients, as well as performing supervisory and administrative tasks to support our professionals-in-training.
DETAILS
* Working hours will be split between performing esthetics services, administrative tasks, and coordinating spa services and operations.
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 1 Saturday per month required (with a weekday off in lieu). Hours are negotiable.
* Services required by existing clientele are primarily Manicures, Pedicures, Artificial Nails; all treatments performed in common areas (no private rooms) with curtains in waxing and facial rooms.
* Candidate must hold an esthetics diploma and be trained in the full spectrum of esthetics services (manicures, pedicures, artificial nails, makeup, skin care, waxing, lash & brow treatments).
* Journeyperson designation is not required but is a bonus.
* Candidates should be willing to pursue Journeyperson designation at some time in the future.
* Existing Clientele not required but is a bonus.
Wage entirely negotiable: $12-20/hour, plus sales commission. Service commission is possible, and we want to work with you build clientele and a reputation for professional services.
