Description

TCU Financial Group is accepting applications for a full time PTM MSR position, located in Saskatoon.  This is a term position that will conclude in June 2016.  This position will work mainly Monday to Friday but may be required to work some Saturdays.  The incumbent must also be available to work evenings as required.

As part of the TCU Team the PTM MSR will operate and be the face of the Personal Teller Machine.  Through the use of video conferencing technology, the Personal Teller Machine connects our members with a behind the scenes teller (the PTM MSR) to complete a variety of banking transactions.  The PTM MSR will provide members with courteous knowledgeable advice and assistance in using this innovative and convenient service.  Please refer to the TCU Financial Group website for more information about the Personal Teller Machines.  

Qualifications:
~ Grade 12, combined with 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
~ Must be comfortable appearing on the screen of the Personal Teller Machine while conducting business in a professional manner.
~ Must be approachable, outgoing and capable of positively influencing people.
~ An accomplished, motivated individual with a strong service ethic able to make decisions using sound judgment.  

Compensation:
The starting wage for this position is $18.37 per hour.
