Our client, a firm located in Downtown Saskatoon, is seeking a polished, professional individual to assist them with several weeks of vacation coverage. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional customer service and telephone skills.

The Role:

Answering the phone, operating a multi-line switchboard
Greeting visitors and directing them to the waiting area
Booking and confirming appointments for clients
Processing all application forms
Photocopying or scanning documents when required
  
The Ideal Candidate:

Six months of experience in a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience operating a switchboard
Professional and friendly demeanor
