David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Temporary Data Management Clerk based in Saskatoon.
Our client, a busy insurance office is seeking an efficient Data Management Clerk to fill a temporary 6 month position within their office. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with large volumes of data and processing it in an accurate manner. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with strong computer skills and who enjoys getting the job done!
The Role:
Entering data into a computer system in a timely, effective manner
Ensuring accuracy by comparing data with its original source in order to verify that it is entered correctly
Deleting incorrectly entered data
Compiling and sorting data
Producing and running reports
Completing clerical tasks such as sorting, scanning, filing, etc. as required
The Ideal Candidate:
Three months of previous data entry experience
Minimum speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH)
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to stay organized and on task
