Under the direction of the Settlement & Family Support Manager, you are responsible to assist with the delivery of client services by performing clerical and administrative duties in the area of Translation/Interpretation services for management, service delivery staff and clients. Individual in the position will be assigned a combination of the following duties.

**Education and Experience:
-Graduate of a post secondary program in business or administration and one year of work experience in an administrative support capacity or
-Post secondary training in business or administration and three years of work experience in an administrative support capacity.
**Required Licenses and/or Certification:
-Canadian Police Information Center (CPIC) certification - no criminal record (includes Vulnerable Sector Search) must be done within the last three months.
