The right candidate for this position has at least 5 years of sales experience and a passion for on road and off-road motor vehicles  The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales process, leading a customer oriented sales team, conducting daily 1-1s, hitting targets, providing feedback on inventory levels and setting up showroom displays.  You must be a leader that people naturally turn to when they need direction.  You must have a high standard of moral and ethical conduct.
