POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for administrative support to all departments on site through the effective coordination of clerical staff in various areas. These areas include the coordination of commuter flights, time card data entry, contractor data management, coordination of site tours and maintenance of central files.
Additional responsibilities include being a subject matter expert in reporting and data entry in SAP, coordinating telephone services and office equipment, processing invoices and expense claims, as well as creation and maintenance of work instructions. You will also provide confidential administrative support to the human resource function in terms of personnel documentation, new hire orientation, report preparation and assisting employees with questions regarding their benefits.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
Diploma in business or office administration
At least eight years of applicable experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
Proficiency in SAP and the Microsoft Office suite
Previous supervisory experience
Assets:
Previous experience dealing with a unionized workforce
Air radio license
