The Registrar is an in-scope position primarily responsible for managing the Colleges student information system, other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the College student application process, deciding how internal processes mesh with the OSCM system, design and identify barriers between the college reporting process and OSCM system requirements.

The minimal qualifications for this position are: a relevant two-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent; two years of related experience; must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to remote communities including overnight stays, air travel, and travel on gravel roads in all weather conditions; working knowledge of office procedures and business communication (e.g. filing, letter writing); proven written and verbal communications skills; working knowledge of student information systems; proven organizational skills to coordinate workflow and ensure that day-to-day details are completed in a timely fashion; data entry keyboarding skills with a minimum 98% accuracy; intermediate computer skills in database software (manage the student information system) and spreadsheets (design spreadsheets); basic word processing (letter composition); and proven ability to practice effective time management and prioritize work.
