-Cooking specific dishes in a Buffet setup from appetizers to main courses
-Food Prep required
-Rotation and receiving orders
-Checking inventory
-Cleaning and following Safe Food Handling procedures
-Must be able to handle a busy fast paced kitchen
-Must prepare high quality foods in a short period of time
