The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for leading the day to day activities of the Front-End, Customer Service and Cash Office departments to ensure that customers are provided with the best shopping experience possible. The Customer Experience Manager will participate in all tasks that add value to the departments through visibility, involvement and interaction with customers and employees.
The ideal candidate for this role will posses:
Commitment to exceptional customer service by inspiring and motivating others through their personal example
Knowledge of retail operations and related front-end cash and customer service experience
Leadership capabilities. Proven ability and commitment to managing the performance of others; able to motivate, train, and coach others to a higher level of success and accountability
High energy level that is demonstrated on the sales floor while monitoring and providing direction and leadership for others
Ability to work independently, take initiative and maintain flexibility to provide team members support where needed
Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
Flexible availability based on store needs (includes evenings and weekends)
