Giant Tiger West is looking for a Head Cashier who will provide superior customer service and provide direction to a team of associates.
POSITION: Head Cashier
LOCATION: Lloydminster, SK
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
High level of customer service.
Supervise, train, motivate and coach associates on point of sale and checkout procedures.
Responsible for merchandising, cleanliness and replenishment of stock at the checkouts and surrounding areas.
Ensure that all Loss Prevention Programs are in place and cashiers are following all policies.
Open and close the store on a rotating basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
1 to 2 years of supervisory experience within a retail environment.
Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
A proven mentor and motivator.
This position requires that you be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
