Reporting to the Canadian Operations Manager, the Terminal Manager will manage personnel and assign duties (crew of 3-5 employees) and liaise with customers and Senior Management. Terminal Manager will work hands-on with staff while overseeing their production and safety. Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations and terminal activities. Customer service oriented.
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of staff. Looking for a motivated individual who needs minimal supervision and who will assist as necessary to get the job done - safely and efficiently. Ensure safety rules, company procedures/policies and customer requirements are adhered to on a regular basis.
Previous management experience required. Previous automotive, and Health & Safety experience an asset.
Completion of High School plus some post secondary education.
Salary $48,000; moving to $50,000 upon successful completion of probation period. Eligible for bonus incentive program.
