We are currently looking for driven candidates seeking an opportunity to become an Advance Planning Specialist. This position is full time and offers competitive base salary plus commissions. As an Advance Planning Specialist; youll have a long-term career opportunity assisting families and individuals with their funeral and / or cemetery arrangements. Making arrangements before they are needed has helped a countless number of people save money and most importantly, provide peace of mind for their loved ones who know what that person wanted because they planned ahead.
As an Advance Planning Specialist, you will be making presentations, networking, getting referrals, and direct dialing to assist people with making their funeral and/or cemetery arrangements in advance.
Job Duties:
    Selling cemetery property at need and pre-need
    High level of comfort in using computer systems within a sales environment
    High level of integrity and compassion and respect
    Desire to help others, and earn a competitive income
    Ability to work well as part of a team or independently
    Scheduling burials with funeral homes and families for their loved one.
    Scheduling outside marketing events (expos, nursing homes, cemetery events, etc)
    Educating the community of the advantage of pre-planning all cemetery arrangements
Requirements:
    Regular schedule of Monday through Friday, however must be flexible for late appointments
    Previous sales experience a must
    Previous cemetery or funeral experience preferred
    Must be compassionate, caring and have a desire to help others
    Must possess a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and pass a background check
    Must have solid work history
