Description

We provide a range of services in Geotechnical Engineering: routine and advanced construction QA/QC including PDA and pile load testing; soils and aggregate testing, Materials Engineering: materials testing (concrete, asphalt and soil); construction monitoring, Environmental site assessments and consulting: environmental remediation and project management; soil and groundwater remediation.

Current demand and upcoming projects have resulted in an immediate opportunity for a Field Services Manager for our Southern Saskatchewan operations.  We are searching for a seasoned Technologist with experience supervising staff and assigning projects in the field and lab. This Supervisor will oversee technical operations and strategic growth of the Southern market place in locations such as Estevan, Swift Current, Moose Jaw and Regina.  Marketing our consulting and testing services and closing sales is a major responsibility.

Qualifications of the leader of our Southern Saskatchewan expansion:
    A Diploma in Civil Engineering from a program recognized by the Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologist and Technicians (SASTT) or equivalent
    minimum three years experience in a supervisory role
    knowledge of the principles, procedures & practices of construction material testing
    knowledge of the instruments and apparatus used in material testing
    knowledge of road construction engineering principles & procedures
    versatile and multifaceted with a willingness to grow and accept new challenges
    responsible role model and leads by example when mentoring employees

    The successful candidate will have, or will immediately obtain and maintain registration with SASTT. ParklandGEO is flexible in where the successful candidate is primarily located; however, the successful candidate would understand the requirement for travel to support the growth of the business through Southern Saskatchewan.
