This position requires an individual who is dynamic, able to work as a member of a progressive team, and who has experience in sales and customer service/loyalty. The Membership Service Supervisor is part of a team that ensures all key indicators of sales and customer service are met and/or exceeded. The Membership Sales and Service team ensures all members and potential members receive excellent service and accurate information, leading to an improved experience as a member of the YMCA of Moose Jaw.

Qualifications & Requirements
1-3 years experience supervising 12 or more staff
Experience and/or education in marketing, sales and/or administration would be an asset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent Computer Skills/Experience with Microsoft Office
Valid First Aid & CPR level C
Successful candidates will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Reference Check/Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Welfare Check issued no later than 6 months preceding your start date.
