Education: Completion of high school and completion of a college or technical school is an asset but training is provided by CP Distributors Ltd.
Experience: Commercial & Institutional Construction, Architectural fields would be an asset
Skills: Estimate pre-contract costs, utilize quantity take-off procedures. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Essential skills are reading text, document use, working with others, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory. Continuous learning is encouraged.
Computer applications: spreadsheets, estimating packages, and take-off packages.
