We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join the team to assist in the support of IT services that eHealth provides to the Health Regions across Saskatchewan. This individual will possess excellent customer service skills along with strong technical and leadership abilities, will be detailed oriented, take pride in their work and enjoy the challenges that go with it.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the technical support of eHealths TeleHealth Program. This includes assisting with infrastructure solution design of future state, managing current state and helping to create and manage the work plans of the TeleHealth technical support staff. Using live, two-way videoconferencing, health care providers can apply the latest tele-diagnostic instruments, including digital stethoscopes, patient examination cameras, and digital imaging to enable a remote patient to visit' out-of-town health care providers from their home community rather than having to travel. Health care providers can use eHealths Networking services for appropriate clinical appointments, consultations, follow-ups, meetings, and education sessions. To support this service, you will be managing an Enterprise class Cisco Video Conference Bridge which currently provides 160 SD video ports or 40 HD video ports/ 80 SD video ports. Utilizing Tandberg TMS as a centralized Endpoint management/monitoring and scheduling system, you will be supporting over 260 video conferencing Endpoints across Saskatchewan with rapid expansion occurring yearly.
