Career Opportunity: Service Manager Cervus Equipment John Deere, Melfort
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be accountable for:
Leading a high performing, collaborative service department that achieves long term, consistent growth.
Managing service department processes to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level by providing excellent customer service.
Managing the day to day operations, recognizing what is in the best interests of the department, company and customers; making decisions accordingly.
Coordinating work flow through the shop and on the road; ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time.
Managing work orders and warranties.
Employee satisfaction including directing & monitoring development.
The Ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in service department operations in a heavy equipment dealership.
A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
Exceptional customer service skills as well as dynamic and inspiring leadership skills.
Experience in Agricultural equipment dealership will be an asset.
Strong personal sales ability as well as accounting/financial skills.
