We are seeking personnel to assist with records management services for physical records.
This position requires satisfactory compliance with company policies, including employee non-disclosure, confidentiality and security.
The Records Management technician performs some or all of the following duties:
Classify, code, log and store records
Place and relocate physical records boxes
Operate information retrieval systems to research and extract records according to established guidelines in response to requests
Label, prepare and transfer information files according to established records management life-cycle procedures and schedules
Log data and prepare reports on activities within records management services.
