We are currently accepting applications for an Automotive Parts Store Manager in our Prince Albert location.
Reporting to the General Manager in Saskatoon this position is responsible for operational leadership and day to day management of the front counter staff, warehouse staff and delivery drivers in a fast paced, high volume location. Staff morale along with efficient and timely customer service will be your top priority. Typical duties will include coordinating and delegating job assignments to warehouse staff, coordinating and dispatching the delivery driver(s) and quite often you will be assisting front counter staff during busy times. You will be addressing customer concerns or objections diplomatically, reacting professionally and identifying solutions. Various other duties as required.

Able to manage all aspects of the store operations independently
Able to manage efficiently and work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
Able to plan and prioritize workloads
Well organized and capable of multitasking
Work well in a team and be a team leader
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must conduct his/herself in a professional manner with honesty and integrity
Friendly
Reliable
Must have a general knowledge of automotive parts
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work flexible hours
Must be willing to participate in training programs and meetings
No nights / Sundays
