Description

Job Summary:
This position will be directly responsible for the development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of community rehabilitative mental health services
as it relates to evidenced based best practice. The program will also link to the continuum of care for addictions and primary care within the Prince
Albert Parkland Health region. In addition, there is a consultant and supervision role the Director of Rehabilitative services has for selected residential
and rehab services with both Kelsey Trail Health Region and the Mamawetan Churchill Health region.
Experience:
? Minimum of two year experience in a managerial position in the health care sector
? Minimum of five year experience in the delivery of mental health services in a related field e.g.: Participation on a Primary Health Team, community
development, or CBO management/employment
? Significant experience in the Psychiatric Nursing field
? Relevant advanced education/experience related to systems theory, organizational change management theory, concurrent disorders, and addiction
is an asset.
? Knowledge of budget preparation and management.
