Prairie Meats LP is now accepting applications for a Sausage Maker at our Millar Ave location. Duties to include selecting meat products for processing and grinding, seasoning, mixing and stuffing as well as curing and smoking of meat products.
Consideration for food and workplace safety is necessary. Must be self motivated and physically fit as the work may involve lifting up to 80lbs. The ability to work in a fast paced team environment is essential. Experience in sausage making is preferred.
Starting wage is $11.50. Experience will be considered.
