Reporting to the Team Lead, Prince Albert Customer Service Centre, under the Direction of the Operations Manager, Land Registry & Customer Service Centres, this position is responsible for the following:
- Provides excellent customer service through a variety of contact channels on ISCs products and services. The position primarily provides front line, in-person customer service and support for ISCs product lines including Land Registry and PPR.
- Provides final authority in processing registrations while examining/researching packets, complex or otherwise, and then either rejects or registers all packets submitted for registration
- Gives explicit instruction to clients from corporations, the general public, government officials and professional groups such as Solicitors, Real Estate Representatives, etc. with regards to packet (Land Title documents) registrations/rejections, procedural inquiries, and registration questions
- Performs accounting duties using the Client Account Management System on a daily basis, including financial and clerical transactions
