ASSISTANT CONCESSION MANAGER

The City of Prince Albert is currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Concession Manager in the Community Services Department. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The position will be responsible for assisting in the management of various City operated concessions. The incumbent will assist with the hiring, supervision, training and scheduling of Concession Workers. Other responsibilities will include control of inventory and budget provisions, and building supervision responsibilities as required. This position will include evening and weekend shifts.
Desired Qualifications include:
- Grade 12
- Food Technology Certificate
- Safe Food Handling Level I
- Minimum 2 years related supervisory experience.
- Valid Drivers license
