Practice nursing in an environment that offers autonomy, flexibility, support, and personal growth. You will develop, monitor and deliver nursing care with professional standards of practice. Your well developed judgment will enable you to assess client service needs, perform nursing duties and ensure client emotional and physical needs are met.
Long Term Care:
Provide accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. Ability to communicate effectively with families and the health care team. The individual must possess a progressive and innovative approach to long term care. Knowledge of age related diseases is required.
You must be flexible in your hours/days of availability (Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends), and be willing to travel within Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
Skills needed: Full scope of practice
Education:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
SALPN license
Certifications:
Current CPR
Foot care certification an asset
Must have current TB screening and criminal record check including vulnerable sector.
