Description

Manage work flow by keeping on top of ongoing jobs, technicians time sheets, purchase orders and work orders.
Field inbound calls and sporadic walk in Customer traffic.
Provide support to Sales Manager by researching and sourcing parts, develop written quotes, quote pricing and availability and receive orders)
Create Customer quotes.  Follow up with Customers on quotations, overcome objections and negotiate close of the sale.
Manage and maintain inventory for Customer specific sales and for stock replenishment.  Coordinate with Suppliers to ensure best price is obtained and to ensure delivery commitment and follow up to Customer is met.
Maintain Program Maintenance contracts by ensuring correct materials are ordered prior to job start and scheduling appropriate work force.
Review Plan room and various bid opportunity sites for potential opportunities and identify opportunities to sales manager
Build, source and maintain new and existing Customer Relationships
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Experience in inside support role, Technical and/or mechanical inclination would be considered an asset but not a requirement.
Detailed orientated, ability to work under pressure and to keep productive during slow periods.
Ability to multi-task with good follow through skills.
Strong initiative and good judgement making capabilities
Excellent Time management skills
Trustworthy
Ability to operate a PC, Outlook email and calendar with willingness to be trained on our accounting program to be able to issue work orders, set up job outlines, issue purchase orders and adjust inventory.
