We are seeking candidates for the position of
Resident Assistant in our beautiful new personal
care and memory care community dedicated to
residents living with Alzheimer disease and other
dementias. At this time we have openings for full-time positions.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
assisting residents with activities of daily
living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.;
assisting in development and revision of service
plans by informing supervisors of current resident
needs and preferences as well as successful
service approaches; performing dining services
duties; performing activities duties as assigned
by the Executive Director. Previous experience in
dementia care preferred.
Candidate must be 18 years of age. Meet provincial health related requirement. Maintain any certifications as required by provincial regulations. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
