Temporary help is required to care for general administration duties.
Duties will include:
Respond to all walk-in clients, contractors, and other general inquiries;
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls;
Prepare maintenance work orders and updating maintenance files;
Preparing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets;
Updating filing systems;
Other administrative and clerical duties
Skills and Abilities Required:
Previous experience in a professional office environment;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;
Ability to operate word processing and spreadsheet programs;
Experience with filing systems;
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, flexibility, efficiency, and good judgement;
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Successful candidate will be a student returning to school in the fall semester.
