The City of Meadow is accepting applications for the position of Aquatic Centre Manager. Year round outdoor activities are Meadow Lakes biggest draw with plenty of opportunities to camp, hunt, fish, snowmobile, ski, quad, swim, bike, or even golf at the Citys 18-hole golf course.  In addition to all the standard amenities in the City, Meadow Lake is only 30 minutes away from one of Saskatchewans most pristine outdoor playgrounds, Meadow Lake Provincial Park, with more than 20 lakes and 1,600 km2 of forest.

The City of Meadow Lake Aquatic Centre operates a year-round indoor swimming pool. The Manager reports directly to the City Manager. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the management of pool operations; scheduling of maintenance and repair of the facility; scheduling and supervision of part time and full time Aquatic Centre staff and budgeting.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated effective leadership, management and interpersonal skills; the ability to prioritize and organize work assignments for the department; provide effective supervision; delegate authority and responsibility; provide exceptional customer service and schedule programs on a short and long term basis. The following are the qualifications of the position:
    Minimum Grade 12
    Valid Class 5 Drivers License
    National Lifeguard Service
    Life Saving Instructor
    Pool Operator I
