Job Duties & Skills:
    Supervising and training general farm workers
    Managing and maintaining grain Inventories
    Carrying out seeding, spraying & harvesting operations
    Organizing and supervising crop input  inventories and logistics
    Supervising and organizing contract trucking firms to haul out grain
    Managing building and machinery maintenance schedules
    General farm duties as required
    Valid drivers licence
