Description

The individual should be friendly and professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.  Looking for an individual with office background, preferably medical but not necessary.  The position is overseeing the massage clinic within the massage and hydrotherapy program and working directly with the Program Director.

Position is permanent part time (Monday to Thursday - every second Friday)
Hours are based on the clinic hours (12:30 to 8:00pm)

Essential Skills:
-proficient with MS (Word; Excel and Access) and general internet applications
-telephone skills - ability to answer and make appointments
-developing schedules for students
-monitor and order supplies
-problem solving and critical thinking skills
-working with others
-accounting/bookkeeping skills
-meet deadlines
-able to work under pressure
