Description

Join one of Saskatchewan's top Luxurious spas. Sahara Spa is located in the historic cnr station nestled in downtown Moose Jaw across from beautiful Crescent Park.  

We are currently accepting resumes for a part
time Spa Coordinator (must be available to work days/evenings/weekends). Hours can vary due to special events, holidays, ect.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Spa Supervisor & Spa Director responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Answer telephone inquiries promptly & professionally
Greet all guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Escort guests as required
Be knowledgeable about all aspects of spa services and the spa
Collect moneys or other suitable payment from spa guests for all services rendered
Book / Schedule Spa services
Give tours of the spa, as required
Ensure smooth operation of reception
Respond to inquiries by phone and in person, providing complete details of all spa aspects
Handle special assignments/group functions as required
Maintain spa guest files/records
Able to assist guests with retail purchases
Have complete understanding of and adhere to all company policies and rules
Maintain inventory and stocking of all reception materials
Laundry and general cleaning
Other duties as assigned

Must be able to work days/evenings/weekends
Must be at least 19 years of age
Must have customer service and cash handling
experience.
Knowledge and understanding of spa services
Excellent customer service skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Problem solver & attention to detail
Excellent team player
Self motivated
Must have computer experience
Experience in answering phones, filing and
reception duties and a basic accounting knowledge
