Servers are responsible for the serving of all food
and beverage items to guests in courteous, friendly,
efficient and timely manner. They also assist in
maintaining the cleanliness of the dining and
service areas.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
