We are looking for a key members to join our New Management Team. This team will promote sales and customer service through strong leadership, coaching & mentoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure customer satisfaction!
Maximize the potential of all team member development through coaching, mentoring and recognition.
Increase store sales and profitability through customer service and merchandising
Ensure team communication and problem solving
Ensure work is conducted in a safe manner, in compliance with RONAs Health and Safety Policies as well as local legislation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of renovation or construction business
Commitment to Customer Service!
Commitment to employee development, coaching and motivation.
2 years Experience Managing Department Teams of 5 or more
Ability to set and clarify performance expectations and provide leadership to all employees through effective performance management techniques, partnered with high level interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate others to take action
High level problem solving and attention to detail
High level of urgency, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, to facilitate the execution of business decisions
