Boffins Food Services at Innovation Place is looking for a KITCHEN MANAGER eager to expand their leadership skills and knowledge.

Under the direction of the Director, Food Services, you will be responsible for providing energetic leadership, promoting an exceptional work environment, scheduling staff, maintaining inventory and costing food while providing high quality menu options and service levels.

As a manager at Boffins, you will have the support of the Innovation Place HR team who will work as your business partner, providing advice and services to help you manage your employees fairly and effectively.

Required Skills:
- 3  5 years in a leadership role; 5  7 years in restaurant / hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Solid understanding of purchasing procedures
- Strong focus on service
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems on the go and with flexibility
- Strong verbal communications skills with an aptitude for listening
- An eye for detail and quality
