Leon's Mfg. Company Inc. requires an energetic individual for the position of Production Assistant.  This individuals primary role is to assist the Manufacturing Team to meet daily production objectives.

Leon's Mfg. Company Inc. is a Saskatchewan based manufacturer of LEON agricultural material handling products and RAMROD compact utility loaders.  For over 60 years our products have been distributed through a network of dealer and distributors around the world.

Responsibilities Include:
Programming  and monitoring efficiencies of laser and plasma machines;
Creating  and distributing daily work orders;
Providing shop floor scanning support;
Reporting production progress and productivity; and
Participating in related duties and continuous improvement projects.

This position is well suited to individuals with training and/or exposure in manufacturing operations, technical or engineering roles, production based systems and software, or similar work experience.

Qualifications Include:
Excellent English written and communication skills;
Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail;
Strong organizational skills;
Above-average computer skills;
Positive attitude; and
Willing to learn new software, procedures, and processes.
