Rawhides an established five star western-themed Restaurant and Saloon is expanding, adding a 5,000 sq ft events pavilion for wedding planners, larger gatherings, special events, as well as future spa developments.
Rawhides is looking for a manager with education, experience and a vision for success!
Reporting to the President and Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and direct the day to day operations, including the total dining experience with our head chef!, the marketing, promotion and advertising with our advertising exec.  Responsibilities also include budgeting, monthly P/L's with our accounting department, as well and very importantly, the continual development of  the entire Human Resource Team involved with making Rawhides successful (currently 25 team members).
You as the successful candidate, will be an integral part of the future planning and implementation of the expanded developments at Rawhides Incorporated!

Remuneration commensurate with education and relevant experience, starting range 60-80k.
