Our client, I-XL Masonry, has a requirement for a Customer Service Representative to join their Regina team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and/or sales. You are creative, outgoing, polite, and professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You demonstrate a high level of customer service, providing clients with product knowledge and assist with design needs. This position will be an integral part of the Regina team and you will also provide support in the showroom so sales skills are a plus!
Job Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls and greets customers in the Showroom.
Assist customers with product choices.
Enter sales orders into database.
Ensure the timely follow up of all customer needs.
Assist with branch administrative duties.
Maintain housekeeping standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years sales and/or customer service experience.
Previous experience working in retail and/or dealing with the public.
Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Knowledge of MS Office programs and comfortable learning new programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
