Job Summary:
The Manager is accountable to St. Peter's Hospital Board of Directors (see Board Policy BC-2) for the overall day-today organization, direction, management, administration co-ordination and evaluation of St. Peter's Hospital programs and Services within the spirit of the St. Peter's Hospital and Sunrise Health Region Mission Statements.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in an administrative, supervisory and/or management capacity.
Experience in acute care.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
    Degree in a health related field
    Health Administration Degree/Certificate
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    Ability to be proactive and creative in decision making in the absence of direct supervision
    Ability to work collaboratively for positive outcomes
    Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
    Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access)
    An understanding and commitment to the vision, mission and values of the region
    Excellent management, leadership, organizational and decision making skills
    Proven, positive labour relations expertise
