Description

District Brewing Company, a mid-sized micro brewery located in Regina, Saskatchewan is currently seeking an energetic, team oriented individual to join our growing brewery as an Accounting Clerk and office Manager.  Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate has experience in the accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll functions and general office procedures.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g. disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts receivables and accounts payable).
- Verifying the accuracy and Vendor invoices and other documents or records.
- preparing sales invoices and recording subsequent collection of accounts receivables.
- Managing inventory and sales promotion material.
- Preparing Payroll for approximately 10 - 15 staff members located in Saskatchewan and Alberta on a bi-monthly basis including tax withholding's.  Track vacation and sick leave.
- Compiling production data and preparing a variety of reports for management.
- protects company business by keeping information confidential.
