David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a well-established company, to recruit a Long Term Contract Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to work within their busy office.
The Role:
Engaging appropriate applicants for the process;
Preparing and presenting information sessions on the community to educate families;
Managing staff hours;
Assisting the CEO with protocols and policies;
Managing the annual review of mortgages;
Assisting in the selection process of families;
Developing and implement programs;
Identifying, planning, and executing resolution processes for emerging issues;
Administrative support to the office staff;
Reception duties as required;
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
The Ideal Candidate:
Four (4) years of administrative experience;
Solid foundation of conflict resolution;
Strong organization skills;
Ability to work independently;
Past experience working within a non-profit organization;
Preference to post-secondary education within social sciences or equivalent experience.
Overtime may be required with this role.
