The Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association Inc. (SPRA), a dynamic, non-profit organization, is the provincial voice for parks and recreation - providing leadership, communication, and support for the parks and recreation movement in Saskatchewan.
Our support staff, as members of our energetic and dedicated team, must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, desktop publishing and databases. Other qualifications include a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment working with current office and computer technology. Must have strong keyboarding skills. Experience working with volunteers, boards and committees in a non-profit organization, would be an asset.
The successful candidate will have the skills to provide reception, administrative and clerical functions, and act as a resource to staff as assigned. Duties will include answering the telephone, word processing, processing and proofing correspondence and reports, database management, processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing and other administrative functions.
We offer a competitive salary. Staff must be bondable. Contract expires June 30, 2016.
